From website to workspace

Your website, your tools, and your back office— finally working together.

See your branded website prototype in five days. Then we connect your website, tools, and everyday work through a six-month build-and-handover partnership. Useful work delivered early. A clear path to taking it forward.

Focus on your work. Not the technology behind it.

Step 1

See it first.

Your logo. Your colors. Your content. A working website prototype in five days, ready to click through and discuss before you decide whether to begin the six-month partnership.

Step 2

Make it work for you.

Your website is the starting point. Over six months, we deliver your agreed priorities in useful stages, connect the tools that support them, and refine the system with your team as you use it. Depending on your needs, that could mean:

  • 01A website inquiry becomes a contact record and starts the right follow-up.
  • 02Staff or clients check progress in one place instead of chasing emails.
  • 03A dashboard brings agreed information from connected tools into one view.

Less time switching tools and chasing information. More time on the work that matters.

  2. 2

    6-month partnership

    Build and use it

Across six months, we deliver your agreed website and highest-priority workflows in useful stages—then refine them through real use. You do not wait six months to get started.

  3. 3

    Handover & your next step

    Learn and take it forward

By the end of the partnership, agreed training, documentation, and account access prepare your team to take it forward. Continue independently or choose optional month-to-month support.

The destination

Built with you. Prepared for you to take forward.

A useful system should make your work easier—not make you dependent on another provider. We plan training and handover into the six-month partnership, so your team can take the next step with confidence. Keep running it independently or choose ongoing support. You decide what comes next.

Common questions

Can it work with the tools we already use?

Often, yes. We connect existing tools where they support it, and assess compatibility early so we can agree what is realistic.

Does my team need technical knowledge?

You do not need to build it yourself. Training covers everyday use and agreed updates. Some changes will still need technical help.

Does delivery take the full six months?

No. Five days gets you a clickable website prototype—not the finished connected system. Once we agree the scope and begin the partnership, we deliver useful work in stages, starting with the website and highest-priority workflows. Your proposal sets out the deliverables, priorities, and delivery schedule.

What happens at the end of six months?

We prepare your team with the training, documentation, account access, and handover agreed at the start. You can continue independently or choose optional month-to-month support under a separate agreement. Ownership and usage rights are set out in your agreement; handover does not mean every future change can be made without technical help.

What is included in the partnership?

We agree the initial scope, priorities, pace of improvements, and training and handover deliverables before we begin. The examples on this page show what is possible—not a promise that every feature is included. Additional work is scoped and approved separately.

Are there ongoing costs?

Yes. Hosting, domain renewals, third-party subscriptions, and usage charges still apply as agreed, including after handover. We clarify included and separately billed costs before you commit. Ongoing YourBlueprint support is optional; any continued support has its own agreed scope and price.
